At Jobitra Digital Invites, we collect certain information to provide, improve, and secure our services.

a) Information You Provide Directly

We may collect your full name, email address, phone number, profile photo (optional), event details, guest information, referral codes, and any messages submitted through our Help & Support section.

b) Information Collected Automatically

We automatically collect device information, operating system details, unique device identifiers, app usage statistics, IP address, crash reports, log files, and push notification tokens to improve the performance and security of our platform.

c) Information from Third Parties

If you sign in using Google Sign-In, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture according to your Google account permissions.

For purchases and subscription payments made through the Android application, payments are securely processed by Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your credit card, debit card, UPI, or other payment method details. We only receive limited transaction information, such as your purchase status, subscription status, order identifier, and payment confirmation, as provided by Google to enable and manage your subscription.

d) Information You Share

When creating invitations, you may voluntarily share event information, photos, videos, guest lists, and RSVP responses through your invitation links.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create and manage your account, generate digital invitations, process subscription payments, deliver push notifications, provide customer support, improve our services, analyze usage trends, prevent fraud, maintain platform security, and comply with applicable legal requirements.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. Your data may only be shared with trusted service providers such as Firebase, OneSignal, and Google Play services where necessary to provide and improve our platform. Subscription payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing, and payment information is handled by Google in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Invitation details become accessible only to individuals with whom you choose to share your invitation link. We may also disclose information when required by law or during business transfers such as mergers or acquisitions.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security practices including SSL/TLS encryption, secure servers, restricted employee access, and technical safeguards to protect your information. While we continuously work to secure your data, no online transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain your account, fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You can permanently delete your account at any time using the Delete Account option available within the Jobitra app under your account settings. Once your deletion request is confirmed, your personal information and associated account data will be permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes.

6. Children's Privacy

Jobitra is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If such information is identified, it will be removed promptly upon notification.

Our platform integrates with trusted third-party services including Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, Firebase, and OneSignal. These services operate under their own privacy policies and terms of service.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information, request correction of inaccurate data, withdraw consent where applicable, disable push notifications through your device settings, and revoke Google Sign-In permissions from your Google Account settings. Our application may use cookies and similar technologies within embedded web views for authentication, session management, analytics, and improving user experience. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser or device settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updated versions will be published within the application or on our website. Continued use of Jobitra after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
