By using Jobitra Digital Invites, you agree to these legal conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Jobitra Digital Invites. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue using our services immediately.
2. Our Services
Jobitra provides a platform for creating, customizing, hosting, and sharing digital invitation websites, video invitations, RSVP management, event pages, and other related services. We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue any feature without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload, including text, photos, videos, music, logos, and invitation details. By uploading content, you grant Jobitra permission to store, process, and display it solely for providing the requested services.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload or distribute any unlawful, offensive, abusive, defamatory, copyrighted, fraudulent, or harmful content. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or violate any applicable laws.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features may require payment. By purchasing a premium plan, you agree to pay all applicable charges. Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan, and access to premium features remains active during the subscription period.
7. Refund Policy
We strive to provide a reliable and uninterrupted experience for all Jobitra users. Since our services are digital and are activated immediately after purchase, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
However, if you experience a significant technical issue caused by Jobitra that prevents you from using your paid subscription for 24-48 consecutive hours or more, you may contact our support team to request a refund or an appropriate resolution.
After reviewing and verifying the issue, Jobitra may, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following:
- An extension of your subscription period.
- Access to equivalent premium services.
- A refund of up to 80% of the subscription amount paid, where applicable.
Refunds are applicable only to the subscription fee paid and do not cover payment gateway charges, taxes, or any indirect or consequential losses.
Refund requests cannot be processed if your subscription has 6 days or fewer remaining before its expiration date.

8. Intellectual Property
The Jobitra platform, including its software, branding, logos, templates, graphics, designs, and other original content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or resell our content without written permission.
9. Service Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our services; however, we do not guarantee continuous availability. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
Jobitra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss, business interruption, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.
11. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activities, abuses the platform, or threatens the security of our services.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
