Jobitra ("we", "us", or "our") respects the privacy of our partner agencies and their end-user event clients. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, and safeguard agency information, client lists, RSVP records, and white-label media uploads within our multi-tenant SaaS architecture.

To ensure high performance, security, and zero data leakage across reseller agency accounts:

• Strict File Validation: All uploaded logos, banners, and event images are subjected to MIME-type verification (only JPEG, PNG, and WebP formats are permitted).
• 2MB File Size Limit: Images exceeding 2MB are automatically rejected client-side and server-side to protect database stability.
• Automatic WebP Compression: Media assets are converted to high-efficiency WebP format (75% quality) and resized to a maximum width of 1600px prior to storage.
• Isolated Tenant Data: Client invitation records, proposals, and CRM entries are isolated by reseller ID (`reseller_id`) to prevent unauthorized cross-tenant data access.

Jobitra does NOT sell, rent, lease, or monetize agency client databases, RSVP phone numbers, or guest list data to third-party advertisers or lead networks under any circumstances. Your client data remains 100% confidential and owned by your agency.
