By accessing or using the Jobitra Digital Invites platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans. Payments are processed upfront and are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions provide access to premium invitation templates and RSVP tracking tools for the duration of the chosen term.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the photos and text you upload to your invitations. Jobitra Digital Invites retains all rights to the invitation templates, designs, code, and platform infrastructure. You may not reproduce or resell our templates without explicit permission.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to the distribution of offensive content, harassment, or attempt to breach our security infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability

Spacial Invite is provided "as is". We are not liable for any service interruptions or data losses beyond our reasonable control.
