1. Information We Collect

We collect registration information (name, business name, phone number, and email address) when you join the Partner Program. We also process billing and checkout transaction information securely via Razorpay payment gateway to activate and renew your agency plan tiers.

2. Data Isolation & Tenant Integrity

To enable the white-label nature of our service, you input the details of your end-clients (e.g. bride/groom names, venue, client credentials) into your dashboard. This information is stored in an isolated database environment and is not accessible by other partners. It is exclusively utilized to render invitations and client dashboards under your branding.

3. Data Deletion

Should you decide to close your partner account, you can request full deletion of all database records, including generated client invitations and guest RSVP registries. Contact us at partners@jobitra.com to coordinate data decommissioning.
